Updating your website with news, agendas and even minutes is as simple as sending an email from your regular email account.

Here's how it works!
 We set up a parallel website on our server with your navigation and branding (banners, footers, etc.).
You provide us with topics, such as Town News, Recreation Notices, City Council Agendas, etc.
You provide us with the email addresses of those who will be posting to those topics.
We create the permissions so only those email addresses can "post" to your website.
We provide you with URL addresses to add to your website for the topics. When a visitor clicks on that link the page is delivered from our website, it looks like your website, with a list of all posted items with the most recent one at the top of the page. The subject is the link to the content of that page.
In fact, the News & Announcements listing you clicked on from our home page is an example of just such a topic.
