Customer Service Second to None



It really doesn't matter how good a software product or service is, or how technically advanced it might be, without customer support it's value won't hold up.

Virtual Town Hall prides itself in providing the highest level of customer support possible.  Typcial support calls are answered on the first call, and few take longer than a few minutes to explain.

Additionally we have multiple methods of contact.  

Telephone Support
For the most urgent concerns, the telephone is the most advantageous.  We have implemented a call routing system on our phone network to find the next available representative if someone else is on the line with another customer.  

Email Support
For those customers with less urgent needs, they can send an email explaining their objectives, and we typically provide complete written instructions within the hour.  

Online Customer Support
In addition we have an Online Customer Support link on our website.  

Instant Messaging
And for more immediate attention we have implemented Instant Messaging to anyone in our network.

Online Documentation
Each web template also has a corresponding instruction page that can be accessed directly from a Hot Link button on the form that provides complete explanations of each element of the template you are using.
