Why provide online registration?
Think of how many registrations you do each year. Each citizen must fill out a form, bring it in or mail it in, hoping the program doesn't fill up while they are waiting in line. Once you receive and approve the registration form you have to assign that person to the program and somehow account for the fees that were collected.
With VTH e-Registration citizens can view the programs that are age appropriate for their children, easily select programs and add them to their "shopping cart", and pay by electronic check or credit card, all from the comfort of their home or office, 24 hours per day. They do the data entry for you, we provide the program and team rosters, and financial reporting by program or category of program for any date range you desire. Next year you will be able to easily find out how many people signed up for Adult Basketball or PeeWee T-Ball, with the click of a mouse.
